If an item is to be exchanged call 1-877-462-7751 and ask for the manager. There is no fee for errors due to our part and return shipping will be paid by us. Exchanges that are not due to our error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping must be paid by the customer. Customized items may not be exchanged.
What is the policy for Exchanges requested within 10 days?
You must have an "Authorization Number" before sending any item back to us. Authorization Numbers are good for 7 days from the date issued. Please furnish the invoice number and date. You must inform us about defects, shortages and exceptions within 7 days of receiving order or the order is considered complete. There are no exchanges after 30 days unless otherwise approved by management.
Please package your exchange items in the same manner they were received. We will not exchange items damaged during the return shipping process due to poor packaging. An exchange will be issued after the items are received in good condition.
