 7 Day "No Risk" Guarantee
7 Day no risk guarantee allows you to return items for credit, exchange or refund, less shipping charges. 7 Day "No Risk" guarantee does not apply to custom projects, large format printing or special orders. Items must be in "like new" condition, complete with all manuals, packing materials and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse credit on worn or used items not in their original condition. In violation of the spirit of this policy refund may be refused.

 Shipping
Standard shipping for most orders is UPS unless otherwise requested. Shipping and handling rates are based on order weight and UPS zones. We are not responsible for UPS or other carrier errors. You must report all damage claims to the delivering carrier.

 Order Change
Any order changes, made during production, must be in writing. This can both delay final completion date and incur additional costs.
 Return Policy
If an item is to be returned call 1-877-462-7751 and ask for a salesperson. You must have an RMA number (return material authorization) before sending any item back to us. RMA's are good for 7 days from the date issued. Please furnish the invoice number and date.
