If an item is to be returned call 1-877-462-7751 and ask for the manager. There is no fee for errors due to our part and return shipping will be paid by us. Returns that are not due to our error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom items may not be returnable, you will need to check with us to see if your custom item is returnable.

What is the policy for returns requested within 30 days?

You must have an "Authorization Number" before sending any item back to us. Authorization Numbers are good for 7 days from the date issued. Please furnish the invoice number and date. You must inform us about defects, shortages and exceptions within 7 days of receiving order or the order is considered complete. There are no returns after 30 days unless otherwise approved by management.

Customers requesting a return within 30 days of purchase may be approved by our customer service team if the customer provides evidence that their case merits a return. Upon receipt of your request, all eligible refunds will receive a credit within 7 to 10 business days. Due to billing cycles, the refund may not appear on the same credit card statement as the original charge.

Please package your return item in the same manner they were received. We will not refund on items damaged during the return shipping process due to poor packaging. A refund will be issued after the items are received in good condition.

Refund Policy

When a customer reaches us by phone or email, our first response is to offer technical support for the product. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control in which case a cancellation or a refund may be processed.

Please Note: Refunds can only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for refund.
