Free standard ground shipping for most orders is USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for USPS, UPS or other carrier errors. Please check you package at time of delivery for any visible damage, you should also open the package(s) to ensure that no damage has occurred internally during shipping. This is best done at the time of the delivery. We insure our shipments for the value contained inside. You can get a replacement order or a full refund for items damaged in shipping, but to prove that they were damaged in shipping and not after delivery, you should always inspect the products before you sign the delivery acknowledgement. You must report all damage claims to the delivering carrier. Following these simple rules will insure speedy replacement of any missing or damaged items.

   Crating and special packaging may be required for larger, heavier, contour and dimensional signs. This will be noted with the item in the online catalog and will be included in the price shown for the sign. All "Oversize" and "Overweight" items are excluded from Free Shipping. Shipping and handling rates for oversize/overweight items are based on package size-weight and UPS zones. Size and weight limitations are based on standard UPS ground limits.
